The HP 24w is a 23.8-inch, with • Almost No border design, • Beautiful, • Functional, • Affordable basic Full HD monitor for everyday use.• 24-inches at 1080p leaves a great looking image and while colors aren’t going to be as accurate as on some more expensive monitors, This monitor still offers a good quality for anyone looking for an affordable display.• Thanks to the IPS panel, the image can be seen clearly from every angle, without the colors fading.• With the anti-glare screen, you won’t have any issues with reflections, even if you put the monitor close to your window. The screen remains legible in an office with fluorescent lighting as well.• This monitor has No sound / No Built-in Speaker, this option has been removed to save costs / to reduce the price of this product.• What’s in the box ?1x HP 24w Monitor1x AC power cord1x HDMI cable1x CD and DocumentationPros:+ Great quality (for the price).+ The IPS panel displays decent colors from all angles.+ Low power consumption.+ Slim and stylish.+ The thin bezel makes this monitor suitable for a multi-screen setup.Cons:- This monitor isn’t height adjustable.- No built-in speakers (I don’t consider this significant enough to deduct a star. “No Sound” is a normal thing for a “Low Price” monitor).Overall, I would recommend this monitor to anyone wanting Full HD on a budget. For more money, you can get better resolution or more color accuracy, but at this price point, I have not found anything major to complain about.

Just received the monitor and sending it back tomorrow. What was wrong:1. HDMI cable does not work.2. VGA cable not included, had to use from my old monitor. Did work.3. Screen quality fairly s*ck. Feels like I never changed from my old ACER.4. Screen it self is very clumsy designed with control buttons in a very unacceptable place, nearly at the back of the screen. You will have to stand up o use them.5. Monitor is hellishly heavy, you can work out with it. Whats in it????6. Stand is cheap wobbly plastic that will wont last long.7. The screen itself has black approximately 5 cm lines around the edges, that gives you the feeling that there is something wrong with the resolution.8. Monitor has a CD with hard drives that could be installed. What is that all about? ;DWould not recommend if you want a fairly good change from your old monitor. This is not worth the money.
