Right let’s start of with the good. A good solid camera door bell, family love it as it gives you a peace of mind who’s at the door in the evenings. No regrets buying it 3 days in.Cons: motion sensor is on the lowest setting keeps going off every 5 mins.Brought the chime pro to go with it should be an internet booster to buy it’s rubbish. Showing very weak signalWhen u try to use the speakerphone it’s temprimental works perfectly sometimes sometimes it doesn’tThe case to screw it in wholes snapped as drilling felt bit weakWorth buying reasonabley priced on the market.. let’s see how the next few months go

A useful product, but I expected it to be better. I’ve had to speak to customer support 3 times now about it not always responding quickly enough or not responding at all. They advised that anywhere between 1-5 second delay between pressing button and chime working is acceptable (mine often 4-5 which seems quite a lot when you count it out) and above 10 seconds delay is considered poor and that I might need to reset them once every 1-2 months. So the system isn’t exactly stable. Sometimes the app isn’t very responsive either, especially for answering doors live when/if that even chooses to work at all. My network signal and strength has been checked and confirmed by them it’s more than good enough so it’s definitely not that that’s the issue. For alerting when people are at the door or coming to the door it’s useful as a heads up especially if you are in the garden and can’t hear the chime, hence saying it’s useful. But I think the system needs better stability updates. I’ve tried it on both Apple and Android. Apple seems slightly better, but that doesn’t help the chime response time.
